West Hackney House is a listed building in the centre of Stoke Newington. The building has undergone total refurbishment and is now home to nine residents.
The properties are owned by a local charity and managed by Harrison Housing.
The Trustees meet quarterly and Harrison Housing attends these meetings to provide a report on Finance and Operational activities. The latter covers not only repairs and maintenance, but also the welfare of the residents.
Staff hold regular residents meetings in this supportive small community, and there is always a Christmas meal out for residents, staff and trustees
