Minford Gardens is located very centrally for public transport, shops and other local amenities.
The scheme has a communal lounge with kitchen facilities and a small courtyard garden
The residents at Minford Gardens meet for coffee most mornings and have a ‘knit and natter’ group that meets every Thursday afternoon.
A number of activities are held at the scheme including film afternoons, themed party nights and day trips. Residents at Minford Gardens are always welcome to attend the social activities at St. James’s Gardens.
Quarterly residents’ meetings are held at the scheme which provide an opportunity for residents’ to raise any concerns they may have and to receive information about forthcoming events.
